The UKWF have recently produced guidance notes on manufacturers and importers responsibilities under market surveillance.

This is a responsibility of all people manufacturing and importing instruments into the UK and it is hoped that these documents will be of use in helping comply with these legal requirements.

If you complete the check sheet for the instruments that will be covered by the market surveillance obligations, you will be going some way to demonstrating that you are taking the responsible stance to these obligations.
