| We introduced the Calibration Code in 1998 and it was revised in November 2002. Following the recent audits and comments from Members the Code has now been reviewed again. The Review Group have made a number of changes, including revising some of the test procedures, strengthening the training requirements, clarifying the scope, requiring notification to users when "verified" instruments have been adjusted. The new version of the Code will be sent to Members shortly, and the revisions will come into effect from 1st January 2007. |
