Wolverhampton Trading Standards Department have four tonne of 20kg bar weight in reasonable condition for sale.
They are willing to adjust, stamp and provide a certificate for M1 tolerance or below.
They are happy to sell the weights in batches however large or small.

 
They also have 4 balances for sale (see pictures below) The balances are a 20g, 1lb, 7lb and 56lb.
If anyone wishes to view the balances they are welcome to visit the Wolverhampton Laboratory by appointment or request further photographs.
Wolverhampton TSD  would hope to accept offers w/c 10th November 2008. Delivery is subject to negotiation.
