WIAA – Weighing Industry Association of Australia

The WIAA (Weighing Industry Association Australia) is recognised as the Peak Industry Body for the Weighing Industry in Australia, founded in July 1983 by twelve likeminded individuals from business located in the Australian State of New South Wales – NSW.  In more recent times the WIAA has grown to become a truly National Association with around 40 Member Companies across all States and Territories of Australia representing the width and breath of the Australian Weighing Industry.  The WIAA hold two seats on the Australian Consumer Industry Liaison Committee (CILC) chaired by NMI (Aust.) and liaise with NMI (Aust) on Industry matters.
