UKWF AGM & Regional Meeting

This year’s AGM & Regional Meeting will take place in the Oak Room, Principal York Hotel, Station Approach, York, YO24 1AA  on Thursday 18th April 2024. It is free to all members to attend (booking required).

Registration for the meeting will be from 12.30pm with lunch, and the meeting will commence promptly at 2.00pm

This year there are 2 vacancies on the UKWF board and members are invited to nominate candidates to serve on the board. Nominations must be received by 4pm on 2nd April 2024 to be valid. A nominations form is available in the documents section below.

Hotel Information

There are rooms available at the Principal York Hotel for the night of 18th April at the UKWF rate of £219 (inc VAT) dinner bed and breakfast. To book please call the Principal York hotel on 01904 653681. Booking on this rate automatically adds you into the AGM dinner.

The closest cheaper hotel is the Hampton by Hilton, Tofts Green, York, which is approximately 5 minute walk away.

Dinner information

The meeting will be followed at 7pm by an AGM dinner in the Crown Room.
Members who book into the Principal York hotel on our rate have this included in the price of the room.
Members not staying at the Principal York hotel can register for the dinner. If you would like to join us for dinner on 18th April 2024 please indicate this on your booking form and an invoice for the dinner will be sent to you.
