Module D ‘ Self-Verification’ the benefits for you and your company

Any weighing instruments that are supplied to the market and are used for commercial applications and certain other uses, must have both a type examination certificate and be initially verified before they can be used.
This can either be done by the Trading Standards, or by your business as the manufacturer of those instruments.

This workshop will outline the obligations that you need to fulfil if you wish to become the manufacturer and undertake self-verification, the benefits of having the authority to do this and the steps you need to undertake to achieve this
