KEVIN CARTWRIGHT

Kevin started his working life as an apprentice for W&T Avery Ltd back in 1979. The apprenticeship included all engineering disciplines but with a bias towards Electronic Engineering. Upon completion of his apprenticeship he changed direction and moved into the field of Software Engineering. After 6 years he then transitioned to Project Management taking responsibility for developing all of the company’s Retail and Industrial products over an 18 year period.
When the Avery business was split in 2007, he joined the Avery Berkel Retail business as Engineering Manager and then Engineering Director.
Kevin joined the UKWF board in 2011 and has 42 years’ experience in the weighing industry.
