This year’s Meeting will be an Extraordinary General Meeting followed by Regional Meeting taking place at the The Apex Hotel, 31 – 35 Grassmarket, Edinburgh, EH1 2HS on Friday 2nd October 2026. The purpose of the EGM is to enable the Ordinary Members of the Federation to elect a Vice President

We have chosen a mid morning start so that members can travel up on the morning.
It is free to all members to attend (booking required).

Registration for the meeting will be from 10.30.am with coffee and the EGM will commence promptly at 11.00am, followed by the Regional Meeting.

Rooms are available at the Apex hotel, but there are also many other hotels in the vicinity to suit a range of budgets.
